By accessing and using the Horizons Travel platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use following posted changes constitutes acceptance.
All prices displayed are in USD unless stated otherwise and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Advertised savings are calculated against the standard retail price at the time of listing. Horizons acts as an agent between you and the travel supplier; the contract for your travel services is with the supplier, not Horizons. We cannot guarantee prices until a booking is confirmed.
Cancellation policies vary by deal and supplier. Each deal page clearly states the applicable cancellation policy before you book. Where a "free cancellation" badge appears, cancellation is free up to the stated date. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and are subject to the supplier's terms. Horizons' service fee (if applicable) is non-refundable.
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents, including passports and visas, for your destination. Horizons does not accept liability for travel denied due to inadequate documentation. You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking. You are also responsible for ensuring compliance with all entry requirements and health regulations at your destination.
All content on the Horizons platform, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Horizons Travel Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horizons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or travel services booked through us. Our total liability in connection with any booking shall not exceed the amount paid for that booking.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
